  1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use ATTDE. Certain features may require creating an account.

  2. Accounts

    Users may access the App without creating an account. However, posting events, buying tickets, or leaving reviews requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms.

  3. Event Listings

    Events may be posted by users, businesses, or ATTDE administrators. All event posts are auto-published without prior approval. ATTDE does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of events listed.

  4. Payments and Refunds

    Tickets may be purchased directly through the App. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Refunds are the sole responsibility of the event organizer or business. ATTDE does not provide refunds unless explicitly stated.

  5. User Content

    Users may post reviews related to events. By posting a review, you grant ATTDE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and in marketing materials. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

  6. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to use ATTDE to:

    1. Post or promote content involving racism, hate speech, offensive or illegal activity
    2. Engage in spam, fraud, or harmful conduct
    3. Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

  7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    ATTDE is an event discovery platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or cancellation of any events. ATTDE provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the content on the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATTDE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, attendance at events, or reliance on event listings.

  8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account if you violate these Terms.

  9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

  10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
